Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in 2023 at Nomad. I have always been an active person whether it was playing sports, going to gyms, or outdoor activities. However, I was at a point in my life where I was looking for the active aspect of my life to be more impactful on my mental and physical health.
What keeps you coming back each day?
The community and the programming. Also, feeling and seeing the physical progress over the course of time is very motivating to keep working at it.

Air Squats
