Kyle Frazier
Coach Kyle's journey began at the age of 16, driven by a passion for strength and conditioning as he trained for high school soccer and lacrosse. This passion carried him to Hampden-Sydney College, where he played lacrosse and deepened his understanding of Olympic lifting and nutrition. After college, Kyle sought to continue his athletic pursuits and, following a brief stint with P90x, he discovered functional fitness.
For several years, he coached part-time at Brickhouse CrossFit in Roanoke, VA, before taking the leap into full-time fitness. In 2012, Kyle relocated to Charleston with a close friend to open his own gym, marking the start of an exciting new chapter.
Over the years, Kyle's love for fitness has expanded from a focus on the physical aspects of training to a more holistic approach to health. Today, he integrates practices like fasting, breath work, meditation, sauna, cold plunge, and yoga into his philosophy. He firmly believe that the human body is an incredible and resilient system, capable of much more than we realize. By focusing on moving well, eating well, and thinking well, we can live well—helping ourselves and those around us thrive.
