Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into fitness? 

I grew up in Boiling Springs, SC with 3 siblings. We competed in everything we did. Running was something we shared in common and after competing in cross country & track throughout high school and college I needed to find some other form of exercise to stay healthy. After 4 years at a HIIT gym I was needing something different. I stumbled into Nomad Fitness in July ‘25 which was exactly what I was looking for to take my fitness to the next level. 


What keeps you coming back each day? 

The community, coaches & programming are unmatched.


What is your favorite at-home exercise to do?

Push ups


If you had to do 100 reps of one movement (not running), what would it be?

Burpees

What are 1-2 of your goals for 2026?

Continue to build strength specifically in the Olympic lifts.

Squat cleans


Least favorite functional movement?

Wall balls

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? 

Professional surfer 


What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13? 

Keep playing all of the sports, no need to specialize until college.


What’s one thing that people would be surprised to know about you? 

I drove a minivan in high school

Steve Prefontaine. Legendary runner & personality.

Bolognese
