Member Spotlight — William Brooks

What finally clicked with you nutritionally and why did you choose CFJI to continue your athletic endeavors?

With an upcoming wedding on December 1st 2018, in January I decided enough was enough and I needed to get healthy and lose weight. With previous experience in Crossfit and getting absolutely no results from Golds Gym, I decided to venture back to Crossfit. Best decision I have made nutritionally.

Although I’m a very good swimmer, I’m terrified of the ocean and drowning. Also, I can Rap Hypnotize and Juicy by Notorious B.I.G, especially after a few beverages.

If you were to get rid of one state in the U.S., what would it be and why?

Ohio for sure. Those people are flooding South Carolina and taking up space. GBTO, Go Back to Ohio!!
