Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into Crossfit?

I started personal training with a CrossFit coach in high school. Then, in college I would take CrossFit classes during my off seasons from swimming. After graduating and retiring from swimming, I craved intense workouts and also being coached by someone so CrossFit was perfect. 


What keeps you coming back each day? 

I love a good routine and feel accomplished after working out. 


What is your favorite at-home exercise to do?

Running


If you had to do 100 reps of one movement (not running), what would it be?

Double unders


What are 1-2 of your goals for 2026?

Don’t have any

Front squat

Squat snatch

Everyone has an awkward phase, you’ll grow out of it

I’m a certified advanced scuba diver
