Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into CrossFit?

I grew up in the upstate of South Carolina, mainly focusing on sports throughout high school. I made the decision to forgo playing tennis in college to move to this beautiful place. I attended College of Charleston and got a degree in something I never used ha. After college, I moved back upstate to go back to school and once that was complete, had to come back home. I discovered CrossFit in 12th grade (2012) after soccer season was over & needed something competitive to do before I went crazy. I attended CrossFit Spartanburg 5am class until I moved for college!
