Sharon has been a member at CFJI since February of 2019. She's been a staple on our 9 a.m. class since then and will even bring her daughter in from out of town to get some workouts in for some mother daughter bonding.
Her progress as a member really stood out in our last life challenge where Sharon won 1st prize for losing 2.2% of her body fat while adding 3.1lbs of muscle. This is an impressive accomplishment considering she has only been doing zoom workouts with us! Sharon has been very cautious about coming back into the gym due to COVID which is certainly understandable. However, instead of using it as an excuse to fall out of her routine. Sharon has maintained a solid workout regimen. Furthermore, she's even used the time to polish off some of her other healthy habits through our life challenge. When we think about the kind of people our gym draws in, we like to think of the Sharon's. The athletes that won't stop. The ones that look at challenges as opportunities. The people that are of solid mind, body, and spirit. Not by mistake, but by choice and by continuing to choose to improve no matter what.
It is for these reasons that we have chosen our very own Sharon as this month's member spotlight.
Congrats Sharon! You've earned it!
