I realized I wasn’t doing very well keeping up with
exercising on my own so I decided to look for something group-oriented to help
with motivation.
What keeps you coming back each day?
The coaches, the other members and the fact that I feel like I’m getting a little healthier and stronger each week.
What is your favorite at-home exercise to do?
Anything on my cable crossover machine if I could just get my garage cleaned out so I have the space.
If you had to do 100 reps of one movement (not running), what would it be?
Deadlifts

Eat better and get more sleep. Not yet.
