COMMUNITY

Our training approach draws people from all walks of life. The training can be rigorous and challenging but is catered to your level of fitness. The people who stick with our community are often high-achieving entrepreneurs, doctors/nurses,  engineers, active duty military/veterans, and self-starters. We believe that surrounding yourself with driven and like-minded people helps to move the needle forward when motivation begins to slow. Our group classes are capped at twelve people to ensure that each person is being guided through the workout with hands-on help from our qualified staff.

No Training Experience?

Our OnRamp Program is perfect for beginners to the functional training world and can ease you into a space of familiarity before jumping into classes.

 

Have an existing injury or been sitting on the couch for a few years?

 

No problem. We know exactly how to ease you into training without overdoing it, and the recovery methods to speed up your healing for the next workout.  

Prefer 1 on 1 Training?

We offer Personal Training if classes aren't your thing.

Prefer to train alone?

Our facility can be accessed through our key fob system giving you access to over 4,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space including our Sauna and Cold Plunge.
