Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into fitness?  

Played lacrosse growing up, always liked to be active. Really let myself go during the college years at ole miss. Oldest brother whipped me back into shape after moving back home. 


What is your favorite thing about Nomad? 

Really enjoy the strength portions of the classes, not all crossfit gyms I have been to are like that. 


What are 1-2 of your goals for 2026? 

Get under 200 lbs, and go bull riding or bronco riding. In my extreme sports area 


Favorite lift?  

Power Cleans 


What's the hardest workout you’ve done? 

Came in on a Saturday, forget the workout, almost blacked out. Never doing 6 days again 


Sauna or cold plunge?

Never done cold plunge, so sauna

What’s the most embarrassing song you know every word to?

Getting jiggy wit it 



What is a positive habit you have picked up from the gym and how has it affected your life outside the gym? 

Being more mentally fit, had a lot of ups and downs as a chef throughout my career. And this has really helped my ability to be able to take a minute and breath


What’s one thing you’re currently really excited about?

A new life! Have a new girlfriend and things are going really well! And my doggie valkyrie loves the beach days 


What’s one thing that people would be surprised to know about you? 

As a chef, I don't always cook for myself, or homemade meals


If you could live anywhere in the world for one year, where would you go?

Greece
